Evaluate the condition and operation of lifting systems used in an industrial workshop, considering the structure, connections, movement, and hoisting components.
Approach
- Visual inspection of structural members, fasteners, and equipment connections.
- Assessment of travel elements, guides, hoists, hooks, and wire-rope connections within the inspection scope.
- Functional checks, photographic records, and maintenance recommendations.
Deliverables
Separate inspection reports for the gantry and jib crane, photographic evidence, recommendations, and ART documentation.
Engineering contribution
Inspection records organized by component to support maintenance decisions and traceable follow-up.
